Mandy Grass is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), former special education teacher, speaker, parent coach, and creator of The Family Behaviorist, an online community reaching more than 750,000 parents and caregivers.

With more than a decade of experience in education and behavior analysis, Mandy specializes in translating the science of human behavior into practical strategies parents and professionals can actually use. Her work focuses on helping adults understand the “why” behind behavior and providing realistic, evidence-based tools for navigating everything from challenging behavior and emotional regulation to ADHD, executive functioning, and everyday parenting struggles.
